WinstallOS is an installation/automation tool that installs an operating system on a server the user owns or rents, using an official OS ISO provided by the user. WinstallOS does not sell, distribute, or activate any operating system or license.
The user confirms that they are the legal owner or authorized user of the target server, are solely responsible for holding a valid and legal license for the OS they install, and that they provide the official ISO themselves.
The installation permanently wipes ALL disks on the target server. Backups are the user's responsibility. WinstallOS cannot be held liable for data loss.
The service is charged per installation. If cancelled before the install starts, the fee is refunded. Once the install has started it is irreversible, so no refund is given. Re-installing the same server IP is free.
The service may not be used for any illegal purpose. Violations result in account termination.
The service is provided "as is". WinstallOS is not responsible for hardware failures, network outages, provider-side issues, or license non-compliance.
